6 oz. Sizzling Sirloin
All Dinners include:
Fresh baked yeast rolls, crisp tossed salad, and baked potato. Cash bar available for all beverages.
You will be asked your dinner choice when you arrive!
We will also be awarding plaques to each of our members who have achieved titles on their dogs this year. If your dog earned a title, please include that information in your RSVP for the banquet. This may all be done in one step below, but must be completed by Jan. 9, so that your award can be made. Jean Stephens, who makes our award plaques, will be undergoing surgery, so this date is FIRM to have your plaque made.
Cost: $20 per person.
There is no charge for children to attend the banquet. This is absolutely a family event and children are encouraged to attend. Simply order off the menu for them rather than committing to the full $20 ticket price. Please do let us know they are coming when you RSVP, however, so that we can plan for seating.
Please pre-pay for your adult tickets by Feb. 14. Please make checks payable to Great Lakes HRC. You may RSVP and pay via PayPal using our online form or print both the RSVP and Award Forms and send with your check to Phil Swedberg at:
If writing a check for your dinner tickets, please make checks payable to Great Lakes HRC. If you prefer, you may pay for your dinner by clicking on the PayPal button below. To purchase multiple tickets, simply change the quantity on the "View Cart" page. There is a $1.00 processing fee added to cover PayPal costs.
As a part of the evening's festivities, there will be a raffle for prizes. Each member is asked to bring an item for the raffle table.
One goal of the raffle will be to support an organization at Hamilton High School called Students Assisting Students Anonymously (SASA). In past years, we have collected toiletry items for the closet that supplies these kids, but this year, the SASA committee informs me that they are extremely well-stocked on these items. Christmas shopping, however, for the needy families has left the committee strapped for cash and they asked if, by chance, we could collect cash instead this year. With that, your first arm's length of raffle tickets will cost 20$ as usual and that money will go toward club expenses for the banquet, however, the second arm's length of tickets that you purchase will cost just $5, with that money going directly to the SASA team! Any subsequent arm's lengths that you choose to purchase, will again support GLHRC. The Hamilton students and community thanks you very much for anything you can do to help!
